With deepest joy

I receive you into my life

that together we may be one...

Long ago,

you were just a dream and a prayer...

This day like a dream come true

the Lord Himself has

answered that prayer....

I promise 

to love, guide and protect you,

To have and to hold,

From this day forward

for better, for worse,for richer, for poorer,

in sickness or in death,

to love and to cherish,

 'till death do us part.

" Entreat me not to leave you,

or to turn back from following after you.

for wherever you go, I will go,

And wherever you lodge, I will lodge.

Your people shall be my people,

And your God, my God.

Where you die, I will die,

And there will I be buried.
